It is a modem/wifi router combo. Nice to have one single package instead of two devices. It has both wifi frequencies to devide up the network usage. Good for my home. Have not experianced problems yet.

... however it turned out to not be the right size for our needs after all. Be sure to check compatibility with your cable/Internet provider before purchase.

I purchased this modem for faster speeds and so far I have experienced zero problems

Router can handle a good amount of devices such as phones, tablets and a HomePod. Connecting multiple gaming consoles does take its toll

Overall works ok. I wish I had got a better modem. My streaming goes to buffering alot of times. When more than one devices is attached. I have the highest speed slot by cox

Worked fine until we ended up connecting more devices, we had to upgrade to a better router because this one did not have the capability to provide the speed our internet provider was giving us.

The router is working outstanding with my WiFi server Xfinity. Was easy to install.

I had netgear c300 before but it kept disconnecting so purchased this one but it’s the same performance. I still keep loosing connection, in fact this one is bigger in size and doesn’t have reset button like previous which gets super annoying if you loose connection. Then you have to reach all the way in the back, unplug the power cable and put it back after 10s. Because it’s bigger now it’s More cumbersome now since the closet space I keep it in is pretty tight .

The Netgear C7000v2 modem/router drops internet with the internet provider. I don't know if it is the modem itself or if it is just in combination with COX

despite excellent experience with previous Netgear products, this one has not lived up to expectations with connection issues requiring periodic restarts

I don't know if it's my carrier or this but my original modem works about as good as this one. 1600 square foot house and loose reception all the time.

I bought this to set it up with Xfinity, easy setup, works great, and look good!

Know what you are buying. I needed a cable modem and spent over $100 on the wrong one. Couldn't return because I had already discarded the box.

I bought this modem because my old one did not reach one of the room that is no more than 100 feet away. This new modem has the same range and can’t reach the same room. Disappointed.

Got this for faster speed but didn't notice a difference and ended up getting one through Comcast

I returned this item. The cable modem was great. But, the wireless router was average. Worse than the Asus RT-AC68P I purchased a few years ago. Bought an individual cable modem by itself.

I thought it worked nicely, however my internet still seemed slow. I have xfinity and ended up returning this one for the xfinity modem still.

This product is known as the best but I would argue against it. There seems to be an issue with their firmware that they refuse to acknowledge. You can run the old firmware and eliminate many of the issues but then you compromise efficiency and speed. Their service is terrible. They read you a list of helps aand either don't, or can't listen to your complaints and provide any usable helps. Stay away from this product.

the best of both worlds . I would highly recommend this product to everyone.

Easily installed and now all my devices run through it. Seems to work great.
