Replaced and older modem that had became outdated and slow. This is faster but no where near as fast as they advertise.

This was purchased to replace my older netgear (300 mbps) since Xfinity/Comcast has upgraded to 800 mbps. Unfortunately, this device has issue with WIFI disconnecting a number of times which never happens on my old Netgear.

First 3 month connection very good but after 6 month connection going down

Didn't work with vive just keeps rebooting Over and over...

Sorry so I did cerve side pick up in Redding for this divice an we all tried hooking it up N isnt working for my internet so the company brang us a new one but I need to return it how do I go about that cause I dont wanna mail it I wanna return lole how I picked the purchase up maybe this saturday I might go to Redding

I ended up returning due to that I needed a DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem, not a DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem.

I had to return this router, it wasn’t compatible with my modem.

I was told this would help speed up my internet it did but not nearly as much as i thought it would.

Purchased approximately 3 years ago, I never used any of the LAN ports in the back. Never plugged anything in even. I went put a mesh network in and found that there is a "hardware issue" according to the tech support at Netgear. Not sure how something that has never been used with no moving parts has a hardware issue but apparently you only get 90 days of free tech support through netgear so no way to help me further. Highly disappointed having paid a premium for what I thought was a good brand and will not be returning to them....ever. For the record, the wireless worked pretty good actually but is basically a complete waste since I need the modem to work.

Not as good as expected. The Nighthawk app is not as user friendly as expected. The big thing is no Parental Controls with this modem. I want to shut of the internet nightly at midnight and you cannot do that on this modem. So disappointed.

Every now and then o have to reset the router to get the correct internet speed from Comcast.

It’s good product wireless with 740 sq ft but not great though .

Awful, nothing but problems constantly dropping signal won't connect to internet seems to be a common theme. Next time I will get separate modem and router

I was all good as long as it lasted. after a year of purchase, the network started dropping..

Had Xfinity installed at home & purchased modem to eliminate monthly charge. I am a senior and member of geek squad backup so requested assistance with install. I was going to be charged additional service of $100 so I returned modem.

I have 6 Devices on it at all times and it works perfect

I read some reviews where it said their wifi speed was too slow but majority of them were saying it was actually good. Unfortunately I ended up as one of those people where my wifi was painfully slow. I tried changing every setting possible to speed it up but no luck. I ended up returning it and went back to Comcast's router/ modem which was always good and much faster.

Best Buy clerk sold this to me and it wasn't close to what I needed. I returned the next day.

I bought the router in October, 2019 because I wanted to save money and not rent the Xfinity router/modem. I'm already having trouble with the internet going out and having to shut it down and turn it on again to make it work. I tried to find information on the Netgear support to fix the problem but it doesn't seem to help. It is cheaper just to rent the Xfinity router/modem.
