    Would of returned it if I already had another modem, the connection is good for streaming tv. When I try to play online gaming on my Xbox one x, I only get about 50 mbps when my internet with xfinity goes up to 400 mbps and mind you that when I play online i disconnect all other devices. The only way it works if I connect ther Ethernet cord.

    Followed installation instructions to the letter (not rocket science) and it never worked. Was replacing old Netgear with this one and had to reinstall old one. Not a happy customer!!

    Got it a month ago and was working ok, had 3 instances where the router would blink and disconnect from the internet but it wasn't a big deal. Recently, it disconnects from the internet like 4 times a Day! I have to reset, reboot, and other methods to make it "usable". Bought for the purpose to stop paying rental fees, but i think I'm going to stick to paying a rental to have stable connection as i was already having. DO NOT BUY!

    Worked fine for 18 months, then it stopped connecting to the internet. Ran through diagnostics; it would connect intermittently when powered off/on, but then it would lose connection. Not the ISP's fault. Disappointed with short life. Other owners have had the same problem. Warranty is only 12 months.

    THIS NETGEAR WIFI ROUTER AND MODEM KEPT DROPPING WIFI, WHEN TALKING TO NETGEAR TECHS IT STOPPED WORKING THE TECHS COULDN'T FIND WHAT WAS WRONG. MOST OF THE TIME I COULN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THE NETGEAR FOREIGN TECHS WERE SAYING AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS AND ABOUT 3 HOURS I GAVE UP RETURNED THE NETGEAR AND BOUGHT A ARRIS IT WORKS GREAT AND THERE TECHS ARE AMERICAN

    Extremely user hostile. It does everything in it's power to force you to download it's app, then strong arm you through that. If you don't have internet, a modem, and a smart phone BEFORE you buy this, your out of luck. It will resist any attempt to be accessed by normal means. Also, it restarts at random.

    I ordered this instead of picking it up because Best Buy guaranteed next day delivery. Not true. It will be 3 more days until it arrives! I am not happy.

    Couldn’t get it to work. Tried calling the 800number. He was very nice but couldn’t get it to work.

    We paid almost $200 for this and it lasted 10 months. Very disappointed. We bought this one due to the recommendation of a Best Buy rep. Unfortunately I forgot to register the warrenty so now we will need to buy a new modem. It won't be a Netgear.

    Not satisfied with the download speed it supports 600 Mbps but it is not even working with 200 Mbps plan

    this is a good unit, but the nighthawk interface is not a good management tool. Netgear Genie is easier to manage and control it.

    thankfully bought a warranty, managed to go out on the first day of stay at home order, leaving us unable to turn in with extended warranty for another. Best Buy closed I think - no one answering the phone. Now on hold with Comcast to order Comcast modem until I can try to exchange this as I bought a 2 year warranty (thank goodness - but it all just may be an expensive door stop.

    All in one Modem / Router. No external antenna causing drop offs of WiFi output and the range is much more limited with no external antenna.
