    DONT BUY!!! Not Worth The Headache

    Problems since day one. NETGEAR support was TERRIBLE. From long waits to reps ending chat on me the whole experience was terrible. In the end I had to return it because the modem would just reset itself for no reason. This would really interrupt my work In the end I went with the Arris 2350. No issues at all.

    Don’t waste your money. Stopped working in less than a year. Bought it so I can save money and not pay for the rental of modem with Comcast, and didn’t last. Ended up getting the xfi gateway from Comcast, I’m working from due to COVID-19 and can’t be without internet. It’s such a shame but lesson learned.

    If I could give it one star I would. After purchasing and setting everything up I find out the reason my internet is slower than it should be is bc this is antiquated. Why still sell it for more than $200 if it won’t support current internet speeds!

    This product would not connect to WIFI, called a representative from netgear and was literally on the phone for 4 hrs. We tried everything, was finally able to get it working. Then 2 days later it once again stopped working. I brought it back to Best Buy without a hassle, actually they were very understanding & helpful

    Made my wifi speed drop almost 200 mpbs. Was on the phone with NETGEAR almost 2 hours just to tell me it’s unfixable.

    I have had to purchase this 3x already. Netgear is JUNK. Guess it’s my fault for buying it but I see negative comments with other brands too. Disappointed!!

    What happened to Netgear

    I purchased this router at around 3PM then stayed up till 2AM trying to get the wireless to work. I've used netgear for a long time and I'm in I.T. so I kind of know my way around routers and such. What happened to Netgear ? Was the company sold ? These product are sub par.

    The item was defective, and that came straight from netgear, and they would not let me return it because i was 1 day passed the return period, even though they sold me something that didnt work

    I bought this product and began having issues with it a month the later (it was too late to return it). After hours on the phone with them (they have late wait times), they sent me a new one. The new one they sent didn’t work either (and it wasn’t even new; it was refurbished). Waste of money!

    This is the second time buying this. First time it broke after about a year. Cable company was able to ping it and say modem half is working, router half isnt. We figure it was just faulty. Second time, it lasted a little over one month. Same issues. Not worth buying.
