    I don't know if its Suddenlink that is killing this device or this device overheats and shuts down. I don't have reliable internet on my devices. Frowny Face 8(

    I purchased this a few months ago, and started having speed issues. I have had several people out to troubleshoot, and both said that this modem/router cannot put out more than 256MB. It is rated for 900, but will not produce. Piece of crap.

    This modem stopped working after 2 months. Netgear support is awful. Stay away from this brand.

    I needed this for an install and had to scramble to find another option. I was checking on the arrival to the store only to find out my order was canceled. I guess I would have preferred they communicated better

    Lots of issues and constant troubleshooting for the 14 months we used it. Not sure is if it’s now shot or it’s just a new issue we can’t seem to fix, but either way we needed a new one after about a year.

    Touted to work in a two story home, not mine. The speed and connectivity is worse than the previous router that I had for 8 years. Would not recommend this product, does not perform as advertised.

    I’m not really impressed with this router considering the price. I previously had a small, less expensive one but went with this one for better coverage and it’s the very same. Save your money and buy the other one, you’ll get the same connection!

    I had to returned wasn’t working w/ Xfinity and I was told by Comcast the they have a lot of problem with this brand .

    The modem surprisingly doesn't support auto channel selection for 5Ghz. Hence, facing lot of interference issues. Bad experience with Customer Support even though it has ONLY 90 days of Tech Support

    After a xfinity technician told us this router was outdated and couldn’t handle higher speeds, we returned it for a Motorola.

    Junk. Slows internet speed dramatically after not even 1 year of ownership. The worst motem/router ive ever had. Waste of money. I DO NOT recommend.

    Terrible router. Need to constantly restart it every week. Connection not very stable. I have 600 Mbps internet, but I'm only getting 250 Mbps at most. Trash! Never buy a netgear product.

    Stopped working after a month. Can confirm its the device and not IPS. After switching modem/routers service worked. Total waste of $200 and now we can't even return it

    Horrible modem/router. We bought this the end of July 2020 and it has already stopped working and of course nobody will refund or replace it.
