Netgear is not what it used to be in a horrible way. I experienced multiple failures over a years timeframe. If I could give it 0 stars I would!

I am facing lot of issue after i moved to Netgear from xfinity model. WIFI is go bad as it started impacting my business calls

Does not provide “as promised” internet connection. Lose internet connection if you are more than 100 feet away from router.

Modem crashes a lot and using two electronics to stream video/audio is worse than my 8 year modem/router it replaced. Going back!

I was not happy with the performance of this device. Issues almost daily, having to reboot & reboot & reboot. I ended up returning it.

Packaging is very deceptive. It claims to be a 1 Gig for Spectrum when it is only a 450. Returned it due to the false claim.

This was too complicated to set up, Best Buy was great with my return, I bought Motorola instead, plugged it in and WALLA I have internet.

Wonderful router. if you are on the fence because of the price, I say do it. Just go to starbucks a few less times throughout the month (this is how i justified it to my wife....went over as well as you could imagine). Absolutely worth the price. I use this with Cox here in AZ and was getting 45 mbps (paying for 100). Everything would buffer, causing me to rip all of my hair out. I took my bald self and threw down the mula for this router knowing I could return it if need be. Needless to say not only do I not have to return it, I am trying to find a way to legally marry it. I absolutely love this router! I did a speed test about 5000 times (because I couldn't believe it the first 4,999 times) and consistently got 116-125mbps (even wireless!). NEVER tested below 100mbps. Now, the only thing is that those speed tests were done on the 5ghz band. I did a few tests on the 2.4ghz and received 67-75 wired AND through wifi. Still ridiculously better than what I was at with 45mbps even when wired. Nothing buffers, i watch nhl gamecenter, mlb tv, hulu, netfilx, playstation vue. everything is lightning fast! I extremely recommend this modem/router combo!

I had to return this product because it was not strong enough. Per the cable company I needed greater than a 3.0, so I had to exchange.

Not worth the money at all don’t waste your money get better deals out there

My old 16 year equipment is fair better than this piece of equipment. This night hawk would not provide internet to the rest of my 1200sq. House.

Check your subscriber for compatible devices before making. A purchase. 15 day policy only allowed me a store credit - no refund.

I constantly loose internet connection and the speed just randomly slows down. Only have two phone connected to tops.

i was unable to reach tech support. unable to set up nighthawk router. had to return this item.

Worked great for the first few weeks then all of a sudden the power went out on it. Best Buy won’t let me return it or even get a replacement.

quit working after one year, I have another netgear that is 4 years old. I now use it for both computers.

The person who sold it to me said that it would cover my apartment but it was always cutting in and out. It was slow

This Netgear is giving me headache to set up and on hold for technical support. I didn't expect to experience this headache.

Did not even get close to matching internet speeds. Xfinity tech said this product was the problem for slow speeds.
