I bought this router/modem combo to replace out an older Netgear router and Xfinity modem. Being a Netgear Nighthawk model I knew it would perform, but I've been extremely pleased with the results. My internet speeds have been the fastest I've ever seen and the reaches all the way out to my backyard (about 100 yards) without the range extender I previously needed to use. It's expensive, but the results speak for themselves. I also can now return the Xfinity modem/router and save $10 a month on my bill too!

This is my 3rd Router and 2nd from Netgear. I am blown away with this one. Easy to install and all of my devices recognized it quickly and connected. Comcast/Xfinity had no problem connecting to it as well . The performance on both bands is far beyond what I could have expected. The power and the consistent signal is superb. I am so happy i spent the extra money as I use my internet/wifi all the time and require a strong consistent signal . This device does NOT disappoint.

This router is great. It’s very easy to set up and is compatible with our internet provider. We immediately noticed a difference in our internet speeds. We used to get around 170 mbs at best and it was in the 400’s when we put this new one. I highly recommend this router.

The modem/router that came with our internet service was horrible. It only covered about half of our home. This gets signal all the way out into the street and our entire back yard. House is 1800 sq ft. I believe this is rated for 1900, but it seems to go further on 2g. It handles multiple devices very well and sends a very fast connection. The app has really useful features and Netgear has a easy to use back end.

Provides more than enough coverage & speed in a 2000 sq foot home. Use of dual SSID (2.4 / 5ghz bands) is a little confusing for older folks ( I set this one up in a 80 yr olds home), and there is no way to run WPA PSK without AES / TPIK. Very small things that won't affect a majority of users.

I found this Modem very easy to set up and it's performance, speed and connectivity has been great.

I cut my cable tv service and returned their rented router/modemn. I replaced it with this router/modemn and it works awesome in my 5400 square foot home. All 3 levels of my home receive a great signal. Makes me sick when I think about how much money I wasted renting a unit. Got this unut on sale and setup was easy. Highly recommend.

Our old router took a crap. We got this one and it works great. We normally have 4 phones, 2 game systems and 3 tvs hooked to it at all times. My some plays his xbox x on line all the time no lag. It also has controls to turn devices off when its bedtime.

I just love it.... No complaints, easy to use..... The best route on the market.... Fast speed!!! When i sued to have comcast router it was just to slow now that I bought this router my speed is 2x faster anywhere in my house

After struggling with speeds with my time warner cable modem I decided to upgrade to my own modem instead of leasing one from TWC. Best decision I've ever made. This modem maximize my speeds greater than Im paying for and I've saving 8 dollars a month now on my bill. The WiFi is amazing to I have full bars through my entire house. My brother has now switched to this also. It's been 2 months now and no complaints.

This has been a good purchase in my never ending strive to cut costs. My purchase was to cut my cable costs and it is working. The modem was easy to set up. All my devices connect and perform adequately. I am debating if ai should have spent the extra money on the newest model. The processing and download speeds are sufficient, But I feel I could have benefited from the newer models performance. But with the cost savings in mind it was a good purchase.

Great performance. Save on the lease fee. Very easy setup and great reliability. Covers my entire 3500 sq/ft house no problem.

Easy set up . Connected to 10+ devices. Cable cutter using Apple TV as main entertainment and Netgear streams strong and solid multiple streams simultainiously and doesnt skip. I have timewarner and sent back their modem/router that kept dropping signal an im glad I did. I have apple tv streaming all day and router still holdin strong. Peak usage times are no hassel just caution when changing password using genie , I had to unplug and plug back in but after that it was back to fast down stream speeds.

I bought this modem router to upgrade my old netgear modem router combo. It supports my optimum service. The only problem I have experienced so far is to call or chat with optimum to reset it. I think it’s not the problem with router, the problem is with my service provider optimum. I recommend this modem router combo AC1900. It is compatible with Optimum, even it’s not mentioned on the box.

This modem and router combo was very easy to setup. Has great range and signal strength throughout my house.

I was looking for a high-speed cable modem with wifi capabilities for our army of mobile devices at home. This one does not disappoint. WIth both a 2.4 and a 5GHZ band, the Nighthawk modem can easily handle all our devices, including my smart-home toys. I replaced a standard Comcast modem with this one and my video streaming issues on my phone are gone. I would highly recommend that you spend the extra $$$ and go with this modem. It works great for my 200Mbps+ home connection.

Very pleased. No buffering while streaming or internet connection issues. Wi-Fi modem router was purchased to free up space by replacing a separate NETGEAR Nighthawk router and a different modem brand. Have been a NETGEAR equipment owner for years and have no complaints with products or customer support. App makes setup/management a breeze.

This is the best router/ modem we have ever had. Never loses connection, very fast speeds, easy to install.
