    Recommend it. Definitely get a netgear instead of a Motorola for your router modem

    Installed a few months ago. Coverage is good for 5Ghz WiFi but not so good for 2.4 GHz, which opposite to expectation. House is 3 br, 2100 sq ft single story, no basement. Use with Xfinity WiFi, and get up to 235 Mb/s which what I pay for. If it lasts a couple of years l’ll come out ahead of renting a unit from Xfinity.

    I purchased this router to replace a 7-8 year old Apple product. My daughter, now working from home needed much faster upload speeds for her video editing job. This router fits the bill well. (We did also increase our Mb/sec speed with our provider.) Daughter can now upload high quality videos in minutes rather than hours. We felt the time was right to modernize our equipment. Definitely pleased with this purchase.

    The speeds and connectivity have been great when working well but it sometimes resets itself to default and that's annoying to set it up affresh every 2-3 months

    My old Zoom modem was constantly dropping my wifi connection even after resets...Figured after 8 years it was time to buck up for a new one....Picked this one up on recommendation of the sales associate, so far it hasn't disappointed....Very good wifi speeds and even better on my wired desktop...Am very pleased thus far!! The Geek Squad installed it, so I can't say if it is easy to install or not....Very nice piece of equipment...
