    Purchased this as highly rated and approved by my ISP Spectrum. I do have internet issues and have to reboot the device regularly to clear the noise/status out of the lines. Most recommend to update firmware but my ISP is responsible for that and their most recent approved version is far behind current which is frustrating. Cant say for certain if my issues are with device or provider and unfortunately don’t have a better ISP option to switch to.

    Great, highly rated product! I ended up returning, as I was confused about what I needed for my home. I thought I needed a modem/router combo unit, but my home runs fiber optic and I only needed a router. This was not in any way Best Buy or Netgear's fault. Just my misunderstanding of how my new home is wired. Do note if you're buying this that it does NOT have an ethernet/fiber optic "IN" port, only "OUT" ports.
