The Geek squad recommended this product and the set up was easy .

The router perfectly compatible with Comcast, and has a strong wifi signal. I put it at 1st floor and both 2nd floor and basement location can get good signal quality.

95% of the time, you have reliable, nice fluent internet access. Well every router+modem misses at least 5% so that is not a big deal. I am happy with this purchase as I did not have to go for a more expensive choice.

Bought this to replace my spectrum modem and its definitely better then it, also am saving money by not renting a modem. The ui online with the modem isn't too visually pleasing but other than that its a really great modem.

It works pretty well. I thought I was having problems with it, but it turned out that my 4 year old Canon printer wasn't getting the signal every time. I got a new HP printer and now the Nighthawk Dual-Band AC1900 Router with 24 x 8 Docsis 3.0 Cable Modem seems to be working well.

Switched to Xfinity & this is One of the better items I’ve ever purchased. By using the price match my pay back is 7 months. Love the separate guest network & the unit has lived up to all my expectations.

I was in between to buy one of those or renting from the internet provider. I am glad I bought because it is still super good and I already made the cost of the rent!

Right out of the box it worked just fine. Fairly easy to install.

We started streaming and were not suspenseful. We were constantly getting buffering messages. Contacted Specturm and they discovered I needed a faster router. This product has worked well but the install was difficult. Specturm and the Geek Squad helped with the install. Things ar working very well now

So far it works brilliantly. I made sure it was one that had all the functions Cox recommended. I like it's slim line and the fact that owning it I do not have the rental charge for the equipment.

I would not recommend this unit to anyone using Charter Spectrum Cable. The Nighthawk AC1900 was the best cable router I ever owned until Chart Spectrum changed some programming and rendered it a paper weight. I even bought a replacement Nighthawk AC1900 thinking that the unit had just gone bad. After many bouts with Charter Spectrum I had confirmed that the problem was on Spectrum's end. Spectrum does not include the Nighthawk in their "Tested/ Approved" list of compatible hardware. That said if you do not have Charter Spectrum Cable this unit would get a 5 start rating from me. This is a fast unit with multiple channels and is a breeze to set up.
