Ever since purchasing the unit and setting it up the internet would constantly drop. All devices would stay connected to the wifi but would not be able to connect to the internet. It would happen multiple times in the evening until I messed with the settings. After constantly tweaking and troubleshooting for about 1.5 years I was over it and ordered a new wifi mesh system to turnoff the on board wifi. After a week there has been zero issues with internet connectivity so this modem combo was the issue. Internet was fast when it worked but disconnected too frequently.

I was right to stop into the store to talk to a blue shirt. We were having failed connectivity and inconsistent speeds on our older Router, so athough pricy, this unit really allowed us to maximize the download speeds provided by Comcast for streaming on all of our devices!

I install it with TWC and works great! Easy installation and setup!

Works awesome no buffering with several devices streaming

I like this device less buffing during music and video streaming.

I am very happy with this router. It has good design and works very well. I recommend this product because of its signal capabilities.

I am happy to be rid of my XFinity/Comcast monthly rental fee for this bad boy. Very easy to set up and seems to work better than the Comcast one (so far). My only gripe is that the plug is HUGE. My old XFinity one was just a standard plug, this one is huge. Very difficult if you want to use it with a battery back up or surge protector.

Speed is decent and but needs occasional restart of the modem.

Purchased this router to replace the one supplied by Spectrum and the difference is night and day. With rental had numerous problems with streaming and just working online ,with this router the streaming and downloading is instantaneous. Would highly recommend

Works fine. No issues and is better than the modem you get direct from the cable company. Interface is pretty user friendly also. I had to make some changes and had to call tech support. The person on the other end didn't speak very well and was hard to understand. I think they have offshore support. That is the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars.

Easy to set up and good replacement for having to rent from Comcast.

I may have purchased a product that has more capacity than I needed but it will allow for any future purchases. Also, I have found that my WiFi signal carries further than my old router.

After paying mortgage payments to Comcast every month for a few accounts, I finally decided to replace my rented equipment/modem to try to help lower my bills. As i eliminated the phone, this modem was a simple install. However, the other account had a phone line and wasn't an easy set up (needed a couple hours with Comcast phone support).

nice product but I returned it because my cable provider installed a new router for me at no cost

My children can use up to 5 devices w out delays great range

I purchased this when my provider offered to rent me a modem that would handle the 150mb free upgrade on my service. Instead of renting I went out and purchased one of my own. The wireless is fast and reaches my entire house.
