Very good WiFi coverage. The Nighthawk app will not work. It wants the router's firmware to be updated, but Spectrum controls what version of firmware is used on their network. I still can manage the router via the configuration GUI.

I purchased this modern/router to replace my Spectrum router, which provided terrible wifi service upstairs in my townhouse. It works great, I no longer need my wifi extender.

This is the best modem I could have asked for. The software works as I need it to and prevented multiple breaches thanks to the settings I had applied!

I needed to get a better router because I increased my Comcast package and this one has to router and wifi combined.. Very easy to get going and now I have so much quicker downloads

I bought this router/modem combo because of the issues i was having at home with my wifi not connecting with all of my devices. Every since i have purchased the netgear i have not had one single problem. Love it. I already recommended it to people at work. It's a great product. Worth the price buy far.

It helped my horrible internet tremendously. The only down fall with this product is after time it needed a major update and then after uodate ut stopped working.

I bought this to replace a netgear modem/router that stopped working. Set up was a little difficult for my apple products. Other than that, it seems to work pretty well.

We bought this router when we upgraded our Internet speed package with Spectrum. We had hopes of better streaming of tv through firestick w it. The speed streaming hasn't improved noticeably, but we have had more dependability,not needing to unplug/refresh as did w prior router modem.

So far so good. I do have issues every now and again where my wifi goes in and out for a few seconds. But there may be some things I need to configure. We have a lot of things connected. It's a good router overall.

I been using NETGEAR for years. I upgrade over time to keep up with new technology.

i was tired of renting a modem from xfinity so i bought this one from bestbuy. i love it. its fast and reliable

I used to rely on 2 routers for somewhat strong connections to all my devices, Now i only rely on this one for all devices and dont have to be renting the time warner modem anymore which would'nt work on my samsung phones.

Works perfect. Does all the things that the Comcast Xfinity does without the rental fees. Has app so you can see who’s on the network and offers guest access.

Needed to upgrade and was tired of paying Xfinity $13 plus a month for a lousy router/modem. This product has increased our streaming speed and our wifi has never dropped out since we made the switch.

Purchased the Nighthawk to get rid of a modem from my internet provider (which saved me $10 per month). Also increased the speed for our WIFI since we had more devices using the system than before. So far very reliable.

Haven't had any issues with using this instead of paying to rent one from Xfinity. I think its worth it and not having to pay a rental fee over time. It was easy to set up.

Works great, and worth the money! I wasn’t to sure what I was needing when I went into Best Buy, works perfect for our household!

This router is compatible with lots of cable providers. It's super easy to set up and use. I had no trouble to set my own router name and password. I get much, much closer to my internet speed using wi-fi with this router.

We had terrible Wi-Fi with spectrum..so bad that a smart tv sitting right next to the box wouldn't connect. So we went to best buy and asked for help and they got us exactly what we needed! Wi-Fi for everyone now!
