Great Modem/router combo

Do Not Buy If With Xfinity

I didn't realize it at the time but I thought I had outages for the past 2 months with no internet connection at times. This week for 2 days, I had connection issues to the internet. Contacted Xfinity which they tried to troubleshoot but couldn't get a signal to modem. The technician came and replaced the cable to see if that would resolved the issue. Tried to do a factory reset but nothing happened when pushing the button and lights wouldn't cut off. Finally the technician said it was the modem. This modem only lasted a little less than 3 months and it's trash. Do not waste your money on this modem because you will have connection issues. I will no longer waste my money on Negear products again.

Great product
