    Not good. Did not perform nearly as well as the best buy sales person said it would. Xfinity product is much better. And now best buy wont take it back. Product not good. Best buy policies even worse. Don't take your chances with best buy. They will steer you wrong and they won't stand behind it. You will be disappointed.

    Signal is spotty oftentimes it lags and goes off for 30-60 secs before it reconnects.

    Before this modem I was using a Cox provided one with downloads in the 50mbps range. With this I'm constantly breaking 100mbps.
