Had to call the product Technical Support to get it fully functional at first, but it's been working very well since.

I bought this modem to save $10 on my monthly Comcast bill. I don’t think it was worth it. I paid about $200 vs $10 a month which I won’t gain any savings until about the 2 year mark and within 2 years the box will probably need updated. I don’t think the signal is as strong as Comcast’s modem even though it’s close. My children do online gaming and sometimes have troubles with this modem. It’s ok, but I wouldn’t recommend getting rid of the Comcast modem. In the end you are not really saving much.

Was able to install with Netgear help over the phone. They were great!

I wish there were QoS settings, on a decently priced modem I’d almost expect them but there’s not. The modem does its job.

Very impressive and user friendly to be used. I really liked the option of having an app on your cellphone and monitoring your modem through the app.

I bought this hoping wifi would be stronger in the basement of my 2400 square foot home. It works great closer to the device but does drop signal in the outskirts of my home.

Love it it works for all of our devises plenty of power for us to use cell phones I pad three streaming tvs

It's a pretty good router(modem) that worth it's price, I had a little bit connection issue with my wireless devices though, not sure where the problem is, so still a 4 star purchase

Great product, not the most user friendly when trying to apply restrictions for children’s devices.

It definitely beats paying your internet provider to rent a modem. The specs of the modem itself are good but mine went out on me in about 1-2 years of use. I called my internet provider and they were sending the internet signal and did their troubleshooting but this modem just couldnt detect any internet and as soon as I switched it to a new one I was fine. I still had warranty so I didn't pay for a replacement and I'm just waiting on that 1-2 year lifespan to really confirm if this is a trash product or if the first one was a fluke. I plug in all my electronics on surge protectors/UPS so that wasn't the case here. So if you really gotta have this modem make sure you get the insurance or at least register it with Netgear that way you can use the warranties in case the same thing happens to you. Oh and save your receipt if all else fails.

The interaction with the Spectrum system is really not good but overall on a good day it’s ok. Spectrum makes the wireless router buffer a lot.

It works super well for both modem and router. Have had no issues.

I have not had any problems with the router since I got it. Great product at a great deal.

This router is so much better than the one we had from comcast. we can get a signal all through our 3500sq ft

Time to replace an older wifi and modem with a new combo unit. Great whole house signal distribution with Comcast signal.

Buy this product and save yourself money by not paying comcast money to use their equipment

I thought this was the newest router made by NET GEAR it isn't but it works and was cost effective. It replace a 6 year old apple time machine. Have no complaints so far.

This dual band router is awesome. A great buy. Chose was a great selection and now i have two networks at home.

Didn't cover my house square footage. 4,300 square feet, two story home. Upgraded to the next netgear and it works great.
