    Okay modem router. Wifi signal did not reach my room (live in a small house) as opposed to my old modem which i could walk half a block down the street and wifi signal was still strong. Wi fi was fast while being in the same room as the modem but if you went to another room the speeds will reduce and lose signal. Returned it.

    I purchased this instead of paying monthly dues from my cable company - but I'm not sure if my choice is correct. It seems that my internet blanks out pretty frequently which makes it an issue with my electronics. Also, you have to go with the user name(s) (because it requires two names) and passwords that come with setting up the modem - I do not like that part!
