Works as advertised and a 31 minimum character quota is stupid

This modem/router is high quality and dependable. It was relatively expensive, though.

Great modem and used for wireless router for larger home.

The first one stopped working In two weeks. Returned to BB for a replacement. This one worked for 5 months, then it lost all settings and reverted back to factory defaults. The Netgear Nighthawk app could not connect to it for trouble shooting. Tried following directions, which pushed heavily to call for tech support. After 25 mins of getting information, hold and transfers I finally got to a tech. And now it required a $50 three month tech contract to trouble shoot. “Connect without Internet” After trying repeatedly trying to get thru the admin setup screen I went back to my Wi-Fi log in page and selected “connect without internet” and all the problems were solved. The $50 tech call was no use at all, even after paying for it. Told her I was using an iPad. She kept telling me to go to a command prompt and type “configip”. Could not understand iOS and macOS were not windows machines running DOS. When yours breaks, and it will, remember to “connect without internet” or they will get you for $50. If they would simply print it and place on the side of the modem or in the directions one of the 15 places they printed to call the support number I would replace it with another one when needed. Not now…fool me once.

Setup was easy with comcast. Download speed increased after installing it.

i have a large 2 story home and wifi strength is great all thru it.

Bought to replace the xfinity modem we were renting. Transfer was seamless. Works great.

Supports 2 smart tvs, 3 cell phones and a PS4 without a problem.

It's as good as it says. We used to have problems downloading so we changed to this and have no problems whatsoever.

I got this to help extend the Wi-Fi and it works great.

Cuz everything is supposed to do other than you can't use talk for Xfinity

I had the same model modem before and it worked fine. I moved and got a new modem and it was the same town and service and the xfinity tech tried for an hour to get it to work and then his modem worked immediately. So I had to return it. They changed something about the modem that made it no work with xfinity anymore

The distance range on this model is incredible. You have great service.
