I bought the router in October, 2019 because I wanted to save money and not rent the Xfinity router/modem. I'm already having trouble with the internet going out and having to shut it down and turn it on again to make it work. I tried to find information on the Netgear support to fix the problem but it doesn't seem to help. It is cheaper just to rent the Xfinity router/modem.

Didn’t notice a big difference with this purchase. I ended up just upgrading my program.

The product is easy to assemble and services are easy to initiate. I am awaiting the returns on my investment.

worked for 29 days .stopped working called help line along with my internet provider was bad equipment. was told take it back best buy they would not take it back. called the help number back they claimed I would get another sent to me by them with email instruction never happened so I was out almost 500 from one that broke me having to buy new one

Nice modem for home use. Trying to figure out how to use the 5g instead of using 2.4

Once I set it up at home found out it will not work with cable one service. And returned to store for refund!

Good for the price but doesn't move at gigabit speeds

This modem works as advertised. However the range is effected if you have marble or granite floors/walls.

Works as advertised. We are getting amazing speed now.

Better routers out there for the money. Do your research before purchasing.

It’s not the fastest for our needs but it’s good for a starting out router

I gave it a three because I was told my WiFi would go so fast but sometimes it slows up.

Wifi signal not very strong not much range. No significant problems.

Worked as expected no problem. needed something with additional options.

After five months, modem could no longer maintain connection to cable internet for more than 30 minutes. WiFi transmitter also seems to be failing and cannot maintain local WiFi network connections with or without internet connectivity. Reprovisioning, rebooting, and reconnecting cabling did not work. To troubleshoot, I tried an Xfi Xfinity modem/router and it worked immediately and has not lost connection once, so it doesn’t look like a signal or line issue (all new cables were installed from the pole to the router when I bought this modem five months ago). I could not reach support for warranty replacement, so this is an expensive purchase I regret. Your mileage may vary.

It may be a good router modem but I was not able to use it so I really don't know how well the thing works

Lighting strikes take out modems over time. My computer adviser told me to return for separate components.

It is not worth the money I have paid. The speed is not what they advertising.
