    I was tired of paying a rental fee for my ISP modem and wanted to have an "all-in-one" solution so I reviewed a number of DOCSIS 3.0 modems. The Nighthawk AC 1900 fit the bill! Set up was simple mainly because I already had a netgear router so the Nighthawk was pretty much plug-n-play. This was also an upgrade to the older N600. Since installation, our Wi-Fi coverage has improved 100% (no dead zones) and can even be outside and still maintain a fast connection.

    I bought the router modem after been using the Comcast equipment for more than a year. Netgear router was good for my house. I don't have to buy the separate router and modem. This i fact is a combination device. That reduces number of cables and also is a clean set up. The internet connectivity is also good. I can stream the you tube with out any issues. I never tried the 4k streaming though. Overall I am satisfied with the product.

    We purchased this router/modem at a good price. Better than paying $11 per month to rent it from the cable company. So far so good.
