    I mistakenly bought this modem, hence immediately returned it. I didn't have time for a good or bad experience. I purchased the Arris modem I wanted.

    For some reason, this router was an absolute nightmare to install. It would not connect to our cable internet no matter what we did. Finally after contacting spectrum, we got it up and running. I thought this unit would improve connectivity within our 2 bedroom apartment but it really didn’t. Saves me money by not paying spectrum rental but not much better wireless reception.
