    Satisfied with Netgear modem. However, wanted/needed wireless, ask for help guy recommend one, not fully wireless, per Xfinity staff. Had to return, asked for help 2nd time, gentleman nice, recommended one, brought it home, installed, called xfinity again, not the correct one, back again to BB frustrated, finally 3rd modem correct one per xfinity staff, specific instructions on what was needed, worked w BB employee, trusted 2 staff members, totally unacceptable advice (per xfinity staff) from what I assumed was from qualified/knowledgable staff. We’re good now but what should have been max a two hour job, turned out to be about 6 hrs. Then serial number on NetGear already assigned to someone else but thankfully xfinity staff was able to pull from unauthorized user and assign to me, Thks.
