Amazing router!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Before we had a standard Comcast box and we struggled getting internet throughout our home. Constant disconnects and our home is pretty much powered by our internet. Since we bought this router we have had no problem with signal strength or dropped connection! Very stoked on this purchase!!!!!

WAY BETTER ROUTER/MODEM THAN SPECTRUM!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.we were having alot of trouble with our WIFI from Spectrum. They came a few times to try and fix the problem but nothing. It still sucked! Finally one of the Techs that came for the last time told me to go to Best Buy and buy my own Router/Modem. He said Spectrum equipment was no good. We bought this Router/Modem and it works great!!! no more lagging video games, youtube or social media =)

It has some nice features like, letting me know if anyone new logs in to my network etc. The internet speeds are faster than what I am paying for and it hasn't dropped signal at all.

Works excellent with Xfinity
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works well with Xfinity and with multiple devises being used at the same time. I get better speeds then I actually pay for through Xfinity. I pay for 75Mbps but I actually get 89Mbps due to the strength of signal by the modem. This modem has excellent range as well for your wireless devises.

Nice
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Decided on this router on reccomendation from store associate whom I trust. Excellent choice. I only stream tv and have 4 tv's in the house as well as laptops and other mobile devices. This router outperforms the comcast router. I have no issues with this purchase. Extremely easy to set up.

Great combo modem/router
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great speed and generally easy setup and connectivity. The crap modem/router you get from Comcast prompted this purchase. Zero issues with this item. Has never dropped connection. The app could be better.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Connection is faster than the default Xfinity router and is more reliable. Set up was very easy. Easy Set-Up
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great modem-router combo. An easy set up for anyone who would rather do a self-installation. We had trouble getting out internet working initially, but that was on the provider's part. As soon as everything was squared away, we connected our devices and it was smooth sailing from there.

Amazing router!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We recently moved to a new city and needed internet in our new place. We rented a modem from our internet provider for a small sum every month. We found this and looked at reviews. It's saving us a bunch of money and gives us better speeds than the one from our provider. Found it on sale and is a fantastic buy.

Netgear router review
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Router was easy to setup and works great. It is fast and has a longer reach than my previous router. I was unable to use my laptop online in my metal shop building behind my house with the old router. I can now use it in the shop with no communication issues. Glad I bought it and I can give it a high recommendation.

Speedy, versatile and affordable.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upgraded with this from a Motorola 8x4 router/modem combo. We have Xfinity as our ISP and were running internet speeds of 250mbps with ethernet connection and 50mbps on wifi. We also stream with Rokus from all over the house. I didn't need to upgrade, but wanted to get rid of stream lag and get higher wireless speeds on my laptop. The installation was very straightforward. Directions were very easy to follow. I used the Nighthawk app to change the default network names and passwords quickly. Nice app to control settings and check performance and traffic. For the money, it's a great value. $30 off sale and a couple of $5 rewards certificates have us with download speeds of 450 mbps wired and 260 mbps wireless for less than $165. Thats a lot of speed for the buck!

Great Netgear product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I looked into several options before going with this one. I got this to replace the one I had from Comcast so I wouldn't have to pay a monthly fee. I could tell a diffrence in my internet speed and signal strength further from the router/modem

Better Router = Better Internet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was stuck with the router TWC gave me, which is wireless N capable and has phone built in. Cable companies always seem to have outdated equipment (internet modems and tv boxes) but they charge a fee to "rent" them. I wouldn't mind the fee if the equipment was at least current. Anyway, enough about cable companies and fees. Decided to upgrade to the modem because I have 300mb internet, but would only get speeds close to that when hardwired to the TWC modem, but was lucky to get 50mb via wifi. I now get 200mb-300mb via wifi with this modem! I'm finally getting what I'm paying for. I called TWC/Spectrum to activate it, and they did easily, but I had to keep the old modem for the phone. Apparently, TWC only charges a rental fee for the modem if you use it for internet. I have it for the phone, and now rental fee. Seems weird since I still have the modem in my house. That brings me to the only issue with this new modem; it doesn't have the phone jack. If it did, I could remain with only one modem.

Excellent!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upgraded to this modem/router from the Arris Surfboard, and there is a major improvement in our internet speeds and bandwidth usage. I am able to play any online game whilst my wife watches Youtube videos and streams Netflix. No lag spikes or disconnects for either of us! Definitely worth the money!
