    purchased to replace a 6 year old modem/ router that had reached the end of its life. Far superior to the freebie offered by the cable company. Super quick setup. Also great broadcast strength for my house...5 bars everywhere in the house though your experience may differ.

    I not a computer geek it works. at least i don't have to pay comcast , 10 dollars amonth for modem rental.
