    I am a faculty member and I have been using this modem since semester started. I have been attending online meetings every working day and been delivering my classes remotely. I have not had any issue with this produce. Very reliable signal and highly recommended.

    5Ghz connection ssid (NETGEAR01-5G) is very limited via distance however all my devices are in adjoining rooms except for the workstation upstairs accessing the (NETGEAR01) slower ssid. The unit is rather large with a lot of lights so it's not easy to hide. I do like the many ports accessible via my smart tv. I lose connection maybe once a month and need to bounce it however other factors could be to blame. All in all I'm happy with it so far.

    We bought this modem to replace the Suddenlink modem that we were getting charged $10 for. It was horrible and couldn't handle the bandwidth of just a few items. It had finally died after not even a year. Since getting this one, we haven't had any problems with the wifi.

    Had problems covering my whole house with my last modem/router. Not the NetGear AC1900 I just got. connects everything at once, even in my shop, which did not used to get any wi-fi at all. Does what it's supposed to. DV
