    product never worked. After multiple attempts, restarts and calls to support it would show as being online& connected to the internet, yet none of my devices were able to get online. Finally gave up and reinstalled my old outdated equipment. Returning and getting my money back.

    Had problems covering my whole house with my last modem/router. Not the NetGear AC1900 I just got. connects everything at once, even in my shop, which did not used to get any wi-fi at all. Does what it's supposed to. DV

    BETTER than renting one from Xfinity, PLUS peace of mind that they can't just log into my device or allow others to use my wifi (xfinity shares your wifi with other xfinity customers if you use THEIR modem, much like Amazon's Sidewalk). The app to manage is a little tricky even with experienced usage, but not bad.
