    walked into Best Buy, explained the number of items / components i would have pulling from the wi-fi and was presented with this model. all TVs (6) pull from wi-fi, along with sons Ipad, thermostat, laptop and desktop and still continue to provide continuous streaming - works great so far

    Had to get a new modum after a lightning strike. Found this online and was able to pick it up at the local store. Turned out to be an easy install and the WiFi signal is strong and reliable. It is larger than expected, but replaces both a modem and a router.

    This router works great, was easy to install, and has more bandwidth than my previous one. I was able to cut the cable and am saving a bunch vs. the older cable provided router. I'm happy as a clam.

    Great modem/router for gigabyte internet service. If you want wireless tv from Comcast, don't get this, because they created their system to force you to rent equipment.

    Never had much trouble with Netgear routers. They do require a occasional reboot when having trouble, but I have not come across a router that doesn't. Only down side is that the signal is not as great at passing through multiple walls as some others. It has the most trouble passing thru to rooms with plumbing on the other side. It will still work, but the speeds won't be that good.

    Chose this modem because my son is an avid gamer and insists on the best. He drives us crazy with "the network is slow, the router is slow...blah." LOL. So I made this purchase and he tells me a couple days later he says Dad this modem is Quality. Now he hosts the games for he online buddies. HOOAH
