    I read the reviews and wanted to see if they were true, definitely better than Comcast rental modem/router. Also love the savings on the monthly rental. Lets be real until Google Fiber comes to the area, Comcast is the only choice.

    I was getting charged by Xfinity for renting their router/modem. It was not very good and charging $20 monthly. Got this instead and it has been amazing.

    This router has worked better than any of the ones Spectrum (Time Warner before) gave us. The range is better considering the material my house is made of. We have it high up near the ceiling in one of the bedrooms, close to the door leading to the hallway. Sometimes the internet does go out but I honestly believe that’s my service and not the router.

    So far it’s been working fine, I’ve had no trouble whatsoever. Good looking sleek model, only flaw is, it does not have phone jacks for phone connections !

    I got this modem while on sale so was a great deal for such great speed and stability. Definitely would recommend to anyone that want to ditch the monthly rental from cable companies. Wifi speed and range are great and I did get all 300MB I paid for from my ISP.

    Great modem did have to send 1 back to netgear for warranty repair but was replaced with a new one no issues after.

    I bought really fast internet since I’m a gamer, I stream, and I host a podcast, so I wanted to make sure I had a top-notch (within my price range) model/router to go with it. Everything is perfect and my ping is almost nonexistent.

    Bought this to avoid paying the cable modem rental. Firmware upgrade is only push from the ISP service provider. Can't use the same SSID name for guest between 2.4 and 5 band. Good package, 2-in-1 so you know what won't have the best modem/router since there are compromises but it serves most people need. Wifi range is okay but not the best.

    NETGEAR - Nighthawk Dual Band AC1900 Router is labeled to achieve 400MB/sec but with a local internet provider the maximum speed is approx. 250MB/sec average. Very easy to install, but not a good replacement to the best internet provider in town.
