Great "gateway" and compatible with Xfinity/Comcast internet !!

After my old router of 6 years caused my streaming to skip and lag terribly, I made the decision to upgrade to this router. What a huge difference it made! I also love the fact that it has 5G WIFI built in!!

Ever since purchasing the unit and setting it up the internet would constantly drop. All devices would stay connected to the wifi but would not be able to connect to the internet. It would happen multiple times in the evening until I messed with the settings. After constantly tweaking and troubleshooting for about 1.5 years I was over it and ordered a new wifi mesh system to turnoff the on board wifi. After a week there has been zero issues with internet connectivity so this modem combo was the issue. Internet was fast when it worked but disconnected too frequently.

Isnt what i needed but worked great! Went with something with wider range.

with my old Comcast rental high speed modem/router, I kept having issues getting the download speeds that I was paying for. I got this one from Best Buy and have not encountered any issues since. We have close to 15 devices connected to the network and it works great.

It’s good because it doesn’t have all Shared hot spots and stuff the cable company robs your bandwidth for. Before I switched I ran speed tests. Approx 148 mbps on old cable modem rental. 298 mbps on this one. As soon as I bought it the 32x4 went on sale.

This was a great buy. Very simple to set up and extremely user friendly.

After many years without home internet, we finally got some and we chose this router/modem combo and it works great. The only problem was getting it set up as the Nighthawk app wouldn’t let us do it on there, so I had to go to the Netgear Genie website on my laptop instead to get it set up.

Haven't had a problem with this item, my wifi works great as long as not too many people are using up the bandwidth. Works until I'm down the street

It's a little bit better then the time warner one they give you.

I had been a great fan of Netgear products but this time I had only optimum as ISP in my area and they are not compatible with any of the Netgear modem/router combos. Otherwise this functioned well when tested at my friends house.

Simple to set up. Great for limited area WiFi coverage.

Works great, allowed me to get 268 Mbps with my 300 upgrade with TW.

Purchased so that i didn't have to rent the cable company's unit. Works just as good if not better than the unit I was renting.

I may have purchased a product that has more capacity than I needed but it will allow for any future purchases. Also, I have found that my WiFi signal carries further than my old router.

First though was a little pricey but it’s working very well.

This Netgear Nighhawk C7000 is a decent modem. No major issues with it.

Worked most of the time. Had to reset every once in a while. Connection seemed to be okay. Not the fastest, got rid of this when i finally upgraded to gig plans
