Easy to set up. Easy to use app. Good speed but kept dropping the signal. Waste of money. Bought an ASUS instead.

My old router was having hiccups so replaced it with this Nighthawk. Whereas it has not improved download speed even up to half what I am paying Comcast for, things are definitely better than they were. That probably is not the fault of the router though. And the bonus is the inclusion of a Modem.

Turned out to be amazing quality and worked really well. Unfortunately had to return because It didn’t work with my phone line but it was a great router when I did use it.

This wi-fi router is so much better than what Comcast rents to you. It is well worth the cost and pays for itself quickly. No rental fees and no problems with it either.

This is everything I hoped for. I bought instead of using Xfinity supplied router, technician set it up and has worked perfectly from day one. Saves me about $12 per month and will pay for itself.

This was a wonderful purchase to have the dual modem/router. Definitely has been helpful to not have so many unnecessary items.

It wasnt exactly what i was looking for so i upgraded to a better version. Still a good device, but the better nighthawks are better all round.

Got this as a replacement for our 3-year router/modem. We are now enjoying stronger wifi connections in any room of our house!

Probably more rounter than I need for our use at home. I think this is better suited for gamers.

Solved all of my connection issues on my computer as well as the slowness issues on my tv. My only issue was connecting to everything but, to be fair, I'm not very tech savvy

I solved all the problems with the Internet and even more! - I save $ 10 per month. I can’t understand why I didn’t buy this before!

My daughter had a router that dropped off in her bedroom and her son's bedroom. She lives in a relatively small ranch house so this was particularly annoying. Now she gets signal all through the house AND outside even!! YAY!!

Seemed to be a good solution to renting out a modem from Spectrum, while at the same time upgrading my home wifi to a more upgraded standard, all in one nice little package. For a while it was fine, but after a couple of months I found that every couple of weeks we'd lose our internet connection. The interface showed we had a connection to our ISP, but nothing on the network could access anything. A reboot/power cycle would remedy this but it started to become a regular issue, and the interface doesn't have an option to schedule a nightly reboot. After a while, this became a weekly occurrence, then eventually it started to happen multiple times a day. Found out that other people were having the same issue. Eventually I replaced it with a separate Asus router and Arris SB modem and that combination has been solid as a rock. I was never a huge Netgear fan but know they have come a long way since I last owned one, but this unit was a real let-down for me and I will be sticking with Asus from here forth as they have always been solid performers for me. One other thing to be aware of that I didn't know at the time of purchase is that you cannot upgrade the firmware on this. Apparently on these router/modem combos, it is up to your ISP to supply any f/w upgrades...something I wouldn't expect Spectrum to ever do and I don't know that I would trust them to do it anyway. Had I known that going into the purchase I would have never bought it.

Happy with the product. I used to have a modem with the cable company that was very sluggish. I have a separate guest network to ensure my devices are more protected.

This product is priced right, and easy to set up. Netgear support regarding this product is excellent as well.

if you are in a rural area like i am and you are looking for a modem/ router combo the Nighthawk is the way to go

Purchased this router and modem combo to replace the equipment provided by Spectrum. Unfortunately I had to call Spectrum so they could configure it to work on their service. No issues after I got it connected with Spectrum's help.

I received an email from Comcast that I needed to upgrade and went to this combined unit. Works great in the house and we have many different things that use the Wi-Fi. Better signal than the old net gear.
