Only problem was on Spectrums end because this router is better than what they offer. Router/Modem combo offers great coverage range and fast upload and download while supporting numerous devices.

This router is better than I expected. There are two frequencies to choose from, which comes in handy when the signal is busy. I have had problems with the WiFi going out, and have had to restart the router serval times. Other than that, the streaming and downloading are awesome and really fast.

Perfect for our digital family. have had up to 10 devices simultaneously on it (Smart TVs, Streaming Boxes, Gaming systems, Phone / Tablets) with no issue. Would recommend

I purchased this with the impression that this was compatible with XFINITY VOICE. It is not. Please ignore reviewers who claim that this is compatible with a landline. I should have known better not to take their word at face value. I have to go through this all over again because I no longer have a working home phone. Your best bet is to visit XFINITY's website to see which routers are compatible. Other than that, it seems to run well. Quiet as a mouse. The XFINITY modem gets too hot and is so loud that I can hardly concentrate on my work. It'sm also much too expensive to rent. They charge 15 dollars a month. You are better off purchasing your own.

Good router/modem combo for basic internet browsing and applications, but too slow to use for gaming over wifi. You need wifi 6 if you want something good for gaming. I had connection problems while playing Fortnite and my download speeds were around 250 mbps and 20 ping but couldnt hold stable connection so it caused some lag.

Good features with the app and reasonable connection. My internet service isn’t too fast so I can’t vouch for any high end speed claims on this device.

Bought this to allow me to access work thru VPN after Comcast randomly blocked my access. No net = no work = NO PAY.

I highly recommended upgrading if you are renting a router from your cable provider. Much better quality and will save you a lot of money!

Finally replaced Comcast modem for my own! Only issue does not have telephone connection, so I lost that option with my service, but have had no issues with wi-fi since I hooked this up. Was very simple connection.

This modem router is much better than the modem and router provided by the cable company. I get a much stronger WiFi signal throughout my home for every device connected. One of my best purchases to date

This router allowed us to cut the cord on renting a router from XFinity. You can bifurcate this model to keep your kids from killing all your bandwidth which is a great add on when everyone is now working and schooling from home!

Purchased this modem/router after using the rental ones for few months. This supports the dual band and has been using it quite a while without any hazards. Good purchase !

THIS ROUTER WORK'S PRETTY GOOD!! MY HOUSE IS 1800SQ FT AND THE WHOLE HOUSE CAN GET A SIGNAL ON THE 2.4 GHZ BAND!! THE 5 GHZ BAND HAS ABOUT A 30 FOOT TRAVEL DISTANCE DOES NOT GIVE THE WHOLE HOUSE A SIGNAL !!

This modem is a really good modem after buying this my WiFi speed went a lot higher! But one thing is that I can’t connect to it when I am in my back yard.

This was exactly what we needed to convert from cable to wireless with streaming in our home without paying rental fees from our internet provider. Working great!!

Got this modem to replace the one provided by Comcast. Provides stronger wifi connection and will pay for itself in a year. Good value

Great value , rarely any issues, only reset it every other week or so just to keep it fresh, but hinelst has been a strong performer.
