So far the product is good. Easy to set up and very fast download and upload. Kids not complaining anymore and very happy

I had to many interruptions before wen I had century link router. Bad experience with service also now I can download faster.

Love having control of my modem/router. Love the number of channels and get better upload and download speeds than providers equipment. Would recommend

My previous modem always needed to be reset. I always lost my internet. When we would use the app to verify if it went down it always showed that we should be connected. I love that we bought this!

It’s working great so far! Our house is 3400 sqft and it has been able to support our 200 mbps wifi. Really great purchase.

This cable modem is ok. It really has not improved my Wifi speed and strength over the Xfinity cable modem I had previously. The only real benefit of this is long term the savings by reducing my cable bill.

It has good wifi but i dont like the app that goes with it.

Download app, register, then connect with provider in that order for the quickest set up. Too pricey for simple home streaming and internet.

Got it for Xfinity instead of paying the $14 a month in rental fees, and I don’t regret anything.

I bought this for the Wi-Fi at home since I did not wish to lease one from Xfinity. It works great, I have excellent Wi-Fi and I am very pleased with it.

This router/ modem was a little expensive to me but i was told it was one of the best. After I got it home I knew it was a good purchase decision.

Saved me some money buying this, instead of renting one from Xfinity so far so good. The only issue I had was the wifi cutting off but it was easily fixed by messing with the different channels.

Works as expected. No problems yet experienced within first 90 days. I'd prefer to attach this router/modem to the wall ( of data closet) but the non- removable foot limits that opportunity.

The sales associate explained how owning this modem makes a huge difference. Thanks to this I now spend less money and have better internet by not using Spectrum's modem

The net gear extended out Wi-Fi range like it said. I now get service in my shop that is 75’ from the unit. Works great!

Great and durable and does what it says it does. I haven't had any issues or spotty internet hiccups. Netgear makes great products.
