great equipment and owning is much better than renting from the internet provider, two thumbs up! the nighthawk is an excellent piece of equipment.

I'm still experiencing some buffering. My house is not that big I was told to center the modem where it could reach all TVs, but I'm still experiencing some buffering

I am so glad I got this router/modem. Once this was setup I noticed a HUGH difference. If you need a modem or a router...get this.

Purchased to stop paying a rental fee to xfinity. It is well worth the money spent.

Upgrading to this modem solved ALL of my ComCast Issues that had been caused by the piece of junk that they supplied to me at a rate of $10 per month, I sent it back to them and got a refund for the month I had it.

Dual band is great. Upgraded a 5 year old router to this and have had instant improvement in all internet functionality.

Took back Spectrum’s modem and use this dual router/modem instead. Works quite well!

I did a lot of research before I bought this router/modem. This is the best value for your money and I have kissed all my wifi troubles away. Love it.

We've had all kinds of problems with our modems dropping connections or not having fast connections. We've tried several brands and they just don't work. This one works, but we'll see how long it lasts.

No signal across the house. Had another Netgear before and had no trouble with signal inside the house. Have not found a way to enable the WPS manually. Can do it through the software.

After paying Comcast for a monthly fee for a modem. It was time for change, and what a great modem. Netgear your the best. Keep up the good work!

Seems OK. Bought it just because I haven't upgraded in about 10 years.

Super easy hookup and good reception throughout my home. Numerous devices attached and have had no issues or jams that I can tell.

We had so many issues with our last modem/router so we needed a new one. Internet hasn’t gone out once!

Took it home and connected it up without any issue, easy to configure if you've set up one Netgear router this one works pretty much the same. Signal has been stable so far.

My Netgear Modem-Router performed well and was easy to set up, however it was hacked almost immediately. Repeated calls to Netgear support were pleasant but completely ineffective. Netgear promised to have a more tech-savvy manager call me but never did. Their software does not allow blocking of IP addresses nor contain any ability to remove the hacker. Netgear also claimed that they had no responsibility. I tired of my router being used to attack computers in China, Sweden and the US. I returned the router for a router from a different company with better protection. Professionally, Best Buy provided store credit even though I had tried to solve the hacking for more than the thirty days allowed for returns.

I chose to finally stop paying $10 a month to my cable provider and purchase a modem/router combo. Totally blowing me away....

Pretty easy set up, though I called the geek squad to make sure it was all squared away. Pretty decent.

Thia is my second night hawk router. This is great for streaming and surfing the net, and that's about it. Dont expect high performance or streaming on multiple platforms and devices.
