    This product was all it was supposed to be after it was set up. Seemed to be a fairly new product that my cable people didn't recognize but after some trial and era troubleshooting we got it set up.

    Stop receiving power the second day of use Defective item I would consider buying again if there is nothing else in the same price range

    Was working great for 2 months. Now all of a sudden it reboots every hour. Seems to be a common problem with this unit. No longer returnable at Best Buy so I guess we are stuck with it. Someone said they put a fan on theirs and it helped so maybe I’ll try that. It does seem to run hot.

    Had a difficult time setting it up with Comcast. Took about an hour to hour and a half to get it set up. I was escalated to a top tech to get it done. Since then no problems but the wireless speed does drop with distance and does vary quite a bit during the day. I live in a 2200. Sq. foot condo.

    Fast speeds but bad reach/connectivity issues. Loses connectivity when going through walls even with full signal showing. Bought an extender and still the same issue. Full signal with no internet or just drops connectivity. 2400 sq ft home.
