    the product has good quality, but it cannot handle the 400mb of the Xfinity plan, the box of the router and the best buy app say that it handles 600mb of download, but it is not true. very sad.

    the equipment was ok, but setting it up was horrible. it irritated me enough to box it back up and drive back to the store and continue using my broken one that has to be reset every day. the companies website was crap, 1/2 ads tricking you into clicking fake boxes that take you to other sites to buy other things. like a game I didn't wan t to play, so I called support. the companies support was a joke, I waited on hold for 20 min with a countdown of my place in the que. when it got to my turn it hung up. I called back after 30 min of the countdown for the 2nd time I had had enough.
