    I purchased this item and had a rocky start with installation. Problems with it not being detected. After that It worked like a charm. Great wifi signals, and superb wired speeds. I was very pleased. Up until after 15 days. It started to not work as good. The connection was super spotty. What was odd was the download was working just fine but the upload wasn't even close to what it used to be. This problem has now persisted for 5 days. When I try to troubleshoot it with the Xfinity App, to reset it, I am unable to because they themselves cannot connect to it during the moments of zero connection. It's "on" and the lights are working, but I am not getting a proper signal. I am constantly having to manually resetting it for it to maybe work for the next few hours and then it starts bugging out again. Last Netgear item I purchase.
