    I have spectrum 400.0 internet and couldn't get over 290 on wifi, decided to take it back and did separate router ac2300 and separate modem netgear cm1000 and now my wifi 5g test at 480. If you want to spend less money then get this but if you want more speed get separate

    The AC1900 Nighthawk is a nightmare. I can’t tell you anything about how the connect is because I never made it that far. Once the app is downloaded, this is how you set up this Router. The router/modem needed an update per the application and doesn’t go any further. I was on the phone waiting three hours until customer service connected to answer my call. I was speaking with someone from India. That’s the first problem by outsourcing. After being placed on hold another 15 minutes, the outcome is on their end the application is undergoing maintenance. I returned this device ASAP. It is not hard to consent routers/modems. Most of Netgear is a problem when it comes to updates. They are not automatic!! If the download goes through, then great. When it doesn’t the product becomes a nightmare.
