Didn't last long

Very expensive but still get buffering

Not as feature rich as I would like

Set up did not go smooth

Did not perform to expectations

It performed well for about 2 months then started dropping the wifi signal requiring reboots. Becoming aggravated with the constant disruption in streaming over wifi I returned it to Best Buy for an exchange and I am now trying an ArrisSurfboard SBG7850-AC. So far I have had no problems with the Arris, and would recommend it over the NetGear NightHawk Ac1900.

Didn't get to use to for long

Modem and router

Waste of money!

It isn't even 1 year. I have one day left on the warranty and I called in but I got the run around. They wanted me to give them more money. Absolutely ridiculous! I had to use the one I had before this one, that one works. So this was a wasted $200. I will never buy from Netgear again! Also when I called Netgear the service was terrible!

8 Days and dead

It lasted all of 8 days and Dead . After troubleshooting with Suddenlink we confirmed what I expected. The unit died . After a simple easy return at Best Buy I did a search and found this is a common issue with this particular model . Hats off to Best Buy , they made the return super easy . I would not recommend this model but do Highly Recommend Best Buy !

Decent router
