Didn’t work out for me (spectrum)

I was on the phone for an hour with spectrum because although it says spectrum on the box it was not on their approved list when trying to do the online self activation. Once it was up and running by that same night it disconnected itself and needed to be reset. I’m told this is do to the internal chip it uses. I returned it and got an aris surfboard 32 channels with a google WiFi 3 pack and everything has been amazing since.

Decent modem/router

very disappointed

Had time warner technicians come out 8 times thinking it was my internet provider.. but once they hooked up their modem all worked well. Called netgear they sent me a new modem after 2 hours on the phone arguing with me .. the same thing went wrong with the 2nd modem.... now they are sending me a third one with no argument.. hopefully this one will work.. When this modem works it is great... but so far it is worthless
