Only worked for a year

Not sure is if it’s now shot or it’s just a new issue we can’t seem to fix, but either way we needed a new one after about a year.

"NOT" as advertised

The speed and connectivity is worse than the previous router that I had for 8 years. Would not recommend this product, does not perform as advertised.

Netgear Blackhack

I previously had a small, less expensive one but went with this one for better coverage and it’s the very same. Save your money and buy the other one, you’ll get the same connection!

Functionality limitation

DON'T BUY. TERRIBLE ROUTER!

Connection not very stable. I have 600 Mbps internet, but I'm only getting 250 Mbps at most. Trash! Never buy a netgear product.

Stopped working after a month

Awful purchase

No good

Inconsistent connection

What a horrible modem router

Router portion will fail spectacularly as well as the modem and LAN cables. Wish I could return but I'm way too late

Great Wi-Fi Cable Modem Router Combo
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased my NETGEAR - Nighthawk AC1900 Dual-Band Router Cable Modem from Best Buy three weeks after I had new cable high speed internet hooked up at my house to avoid $10 monthly rental fee. I am not an IT expert, but Setup was easy for me and done in less than 30 minutes. The speeds I am getting are blazing fast for my neighborhood with up to 135 Mbps, compared to my old service ATT with 1.5 Mbps. I love the Dual Band capability since I have gamers in the house and now control the bandwidth I allot them. The WIFI range is awesome also... No issues so far. When everyone is home I have several items connected at one time such as Xbox1, Smart TV, laptop, iPad, Thermostat, iPhones, Samsung phone, tablet, etc. and it does not drop the signal. Sarah from Best Buy spent 15 minutes explaining all the advantages about this Wi-Fi Cable Modem Router Combo and after two days of research on line, the decision was easy. I really enjoy the Dual Band and Wireless-AC technology that offers rapid Wi-Fi speeds and coverage easily connecting my devices to the network, and the 24 x 8 channel bonding for download speeds are a great addition! No more fighting over internet bandwidth in my household... Lastly, I really did not want to spend $200+ on a Netgear Wi-Fi Cable Modem Router Combo but it is well worth it in my opinion. Good Luck!
