Bought this for a xfinity internet and the set up was smooth with no problem. It is now working seamlessly!

This works great, have multiple devices and smart TVs & not a glitch, the admin is easy to navigate too, I expect it to always work & it does

I was nervous about combo devices, but this is pretty nice. It eliminates clutter, is stable, full of features and easy to manage. No issues on Comcast for me. I wish it had MoCA functionality, but I am probably one of the few who does.

Actually replaced the Comcast Router with this one and the difference is amazing. Previous cable router, supplied by my cable company, had connection problems and always dropping me .....not anymore. Well worth the $

Good performance from router. Only 4 and not 5 star because had some electrical work done on house and had electrical surge. Router did not work afterwards and had to be replaced within 6 months.

I have bought 3 of these so far for family and friends and planning on buying another one for another friend.

The Nighthawk modem/router is an overqualified piece of equipment for my application now, but later it should come in the play very nicely. It was $50 off when I purchased it and that made for a smart buy.

My old router was fried during a thunderstorm despite being plugged into a surge protector, so I had to get a new one. I went to Best Buy and compared the Motorola I had and the Nighthawk, and decided on the Nighthawk. It seems like a pretty good router so far, works like it said on the box, though I have noticed it has better wifi range. When I go outside I can still pick it up in my driveway; something the other router couldn't do.

This is a great product. It works well, and was very easy to set up. I thought I had a issue with the product, and I contacted Netgear customer support. They were very helpful, even though the problem was not with their product. The problem was my cable connection on the pole in front of my house. I had to call Comcast to come out and fix it, and Netgear cared enough to email me back to make sure the problem was fixed. This works much better than the one I was renting from Comcast, and I no longer have to pay $10. a month to rent one from Comcast. The WiFi is great, and I can stream to my Smart TV without any problems. It works perfectly.

Worked very well for a month or so. Very fast. (Spectrum/Time Warner 300/20 Mbs service) Then it started dropping the WAN connections almost constantly. Pauses for a 30 seconds to two minutes and then resumes. Repeats the problem every 3-5 minutes. Can't get out to the internet even with a ping. Devices on both the wired and wireless connections had problems at the same time, so it's clearly the router. But the modem logged no errors. Rebooting the modem gives about half an hour of clean connection time. The cable company checked and said that the signal was one of the strongest and cleanest they'd ever seen. They replaced the wires to the poll and in the house a couple years ago. Netgear support was nearly useless. Insisted on changing some wireless settings and telling me that it was all fixed despite the fact that the wired devices weren't working either. Then without troubleshooting at all told me that it was the Ethernet cable and more or less dumped me. Lots of people on internet forums are reporting the same problem and frustration with support. Unfortunately, it looks like Netgear doesn't want to acknowledge the problem or fix it. And since it doesn't show up for a month or so, it's too late to return it. If the product continued to work as it did in the first month, it'd be 5 stars. Sad to say, I wasted my money on this brick and will have to buy a replacement and eat the cost. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Great speed and improvement over Xfinty modem good modem

It seems to be working as it should. Installation was routine.

We had bought a different router about a year earlier and it worked for a little bit but wound up having to buy a stronger one. We bought this one & have had no issues since!

Works great with my cable package thru spectrum. Easy to use and setup. Very happy with my purchase.

I am fairly technology inclined , unit worked than after about a week , keep on going , off , then on , all different times could work for a day , then down , the issue is the latest software update does not fix the problem , at least not in MA -went back to old stand alone modem and separate router . Its not a Comcast problem . Issue is in router - note - no telephone - so just internet and connected to a TIVO -owned personal. I am glad that Best Buy understands and is a good place to buy things I rarely return items and they took it back . No questions

Excellent! My internet now works better and faster

Great upgrade from an older netgear two in one. I am a fan of the modem/router combo (less equipment to deal with) Our house lay out is kinda long and the TV room is an addition on the back far side. the router/modem is in the front middle area of the house and the wifi covers the entire house with great signal in the tv room. We use it to stream netflix mainly and in combination with our internet it streams very smooth. Also there are four users and it handles all four no problem.

Great product. Coming from a DOCSIS 2.0, this thing is lightning! Because it's a 2 in 1, you have less cords and cables to deal with also.
