Great router modem combo. However, I had to return it since it did not have a phone jack. This is that's important since I work most of the time from home and need a landline to speak with clients.

We purchased this modem and it works well with all of our phones and my son's gaming systems

Purchased this Oct 3, 2019. Had a good run. Basically worked flawlessly for almost 3 years until within the last week or so, continuously drops the internet connection with associated upstream or downstream flashing icons. No rhyme or reason as to which one it chooses, it simply drops. Reboot does the trick to get back online but staying on can be either a few minutes or a few hours. I work at home online so this situation is untenable. Troubleshoot returned no issues with internet provider. Research yourself as to remedies if this problem was yours and you'll see no options, no support. Looks like a 'one and done' sort of product-just hope your 'done' gets you a few years. If you do purchase product, I suggest paying extra for extended warranty. I expected more in this day and age (maybe not?). It had a 5 star rating until last week, today zero. I gotta go out and buy a new one....

Replaced my rented modem and it's working great!!!

This cable modem and router is so much better than other models I've tried.

It was a good replacement, its fast and i haven't had any issues with it.

This Modem has been doing well over the last month i have been using it, the only downfall i have with it is after using the said Modem for 2 months i have had a mass influx of T3 Timeout problems from the research i have done it has mostly surrounded a Netgear problem.

Waaaay faster than previous cheapo modem router combo. Setup was a breeze tho i did need to contact ISP - unable to set up myself via the app.

I purchased the NETGEAR Nighthawk AC 1900 WiFi Cable Modem Router for my first home. The service provider in the area was Spectrum, and the NETGEAR box said Spectrum was compatible. I hooked everything up and started having slow internet to no internet within the first month. Getting 32mbps when paying for 200. I thought it was a Spectrum issue, not a NETGEAR issue, so I had Spectrum come out to my property to check the line connection (which I paid for). They told me the lines were "re-cleaned" and everything should be fine again. However, the following month, I called Spectrum back again because the issue was not resolved. They had me unplug and re-plug the cord back into the wall for a reset. This happened almost every single month for an entire year. Finally Spectrum told me it was not a problem on their end but that they think it had something to do with my NETGEAR Nighthawk. I couldn't believe it because it was a brand new Modem Router that was top of the line at the store that advertised compatibility with Spectrum. I ended up getting an Arris to see if it was indeed an issue with my NETGEAR Nighthawk, and it was. The Arris worked getting us connect way over the 200 mbps I am paying for. I have not had any issues with my internet since making the change. So it was NOT a Spectrum issue, it was a NETGEAR issue. I've had the Arris now for 2 months and am loving it. I did call NETGEAR about my issue and they told me I missed the return policy by a few days and wouldn't help me after a 48 minute WASTED phone call with customer service. I had forgotten to register my NETGEAR product when I purchased it, so when I wsa speaking with the customer service representative, they registered it for me but wouldn't help me as a new customer. I tried explaining the situation to Best Buy - where I purchased the NETGEAR Nighthawk, but Best Buy said it was past their return policy. Now I have wasted over $219.99 on a product that simply was not compatible with my service provider in which they advertise they work with and where the hardware may have technical issues. Not a happy customer and wanted to make everyone aware of my issue so they don't have the same. I found out a friend of mine in the area had the same issue and switched over to an Arris and haven't had an issues since as well. I will NOT purchase a NETGEAR product ever again. They product is trash and their customer service was even worse.

Max download speeds I received on a good day with gig speed internet service is 900mbps. Most of the time is hovers around the 500-700mbps. Pretty decent all in one combo and pretty good bang for your buck.

Bought this modem/router to replace Cable One rental modem becuse the rental couldn't keep up with all my wireless items. This modem has stronger wifi signals at 5ghz and I currently have 3 Roku's, 2 laptops, 3 cellphones, Xbox and Ps4 all running off the wifi simultaneously and bot to mention 2 hard wired devices.

Easy setup with TWC. It is really fast very pleased

It's an alright option for the time-being. Definitely going to upgrade later.
