The router is working good now, it wasn't that easy to hook up or to get assistance in hooking it up and I didn't know that when I was calling for assistance I would be on hold for about 10 minutes and then be talking to someone from India.

My home was struck by lightning and my existing Netgear Wireless Router was fried. I wanted to replace it with another Netgear product and the sales rep listened to what my usage and situation was and suggested this model. Couldn't be happier with the product. Thank you.

Used with 2 laptops,1 tablet/reader, 3 cell phones and google device. Had for over a month works good but, just had to reset because cell phones could not connect too 5G. Currently listening to music on Google device, while we are on two laptops, of and on phones.

We purchased this router to enhance our internet and wifi that we have with Spectrum. So far, it's working great! We may next purchase the modem and what we got from our ISP is not the greatest. Highly recommend this product!

Would have given it 5 stars, but had to reset because internet speed all of a sudden diminished. ISP came out to check the line and found the router to be causing the problem. So far after resetting the router is working.

Router is okay and portal of the router is not friendly

Easy setup. Went from Charter WiFi to this and I am blown away. 2500 sq foot colonial with excellent coverage in all rooms including the basement! I have 12 devices running including tv and Firestick with very little lag time. I wish I had bought this sooner! Good investment.

The router works fine with very little setup, However... I create content on twitch and purchased this router to get the best connection speeds that I could for an affordable price-point with a Gigabit connection. I noticed that my stream was being dropped completely at exactly 2H 3min 50s (sometimes up to 57s!), This is awful for someone that records videos that can be 4-6hours long. Unfortunately, I am not the only person that has been running into this issue with this exact model. At this point, I can not exchange the product because of Bestbuy's return policy, so I'm out the $212...

Can't say anything bad about this router. It was so good, I bought a second one when the first met an untimely death. Great dual band performance with multiple wired and wireless devices on the network. Netgear support is top notch quality!

With the work at home - 3 people working from home and size of our house I had to replace an older Netgear modem. This modem really made a great difference and provided reliable internet to all of us. Would recommend for larger homes.

Yes it’s a little pricey but totally work it I have a home full of items that require WiFi from my thermostat, Ring and alarm and not mention tv’s and other devices and I work from home! This router has helped made it so much easier!

I was choking down the WiFi on my gateway and needed a better router. The associate at the store took inventory of everything I was using WiFi for and recommended this router. The difference is like night and day. It has made life just a bit easier around here and I like easier.

Not the best Router out there, but it works for the location I needed it for. Forget using it for print server and/or connecting a Drive to it. Synology Makes a much better Router that actually works.

I liked this router and it worked well for my medium sized home, but it was too bulky for the place we needed to put it. It fell off the stand a few times and afraid that it would break I returned it. It's a great router, but beware it is huge.

This was working great until two weeks in when it kept rebooting itself. Luckily the NETGEAR staff was able to help by sending a new one. Blazing fast speed

This router was the answer to our WiFi problems. We have a large home and had difficulty getting connection to a few of our smart TV’s located further from the router we had previously. Since getting this router, we have had no problems.

Excellent piece of router. So far I don’t experience any drop connections. I don’t have issue streaming specially I dropped my cable tv subscription. So far no complaints from my kids who uses the internet the most.

We ended up purchasing this to extend the wifi signal in our home in combination with our modem/router in one. Very satisfied with this purchase and I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking to strengthen and broaden their wifi signal.

The only real complaint for this item is the lack of any instruction manual or info on features, buttons, etc - no internet access while setting up to check online info for this item. Seems to work ok once figured out and operational

Works fine, unfortunately in my case I wasn't able to get all of the futures working and I couldn't find out why. Wi-fi on my laptops and certain devices would be limited to around 25mps while others will get my full internet speed which is 150mps. I tried changing all the settings and nothing fixed it, I even did a factory reset. I'm giving it 3 stars because as long as dynamic QoS and WMM is disabled (which is why this is expensive) everything else worked fine and the reach is pretty good. Over all I'm disappointed for what I paid for.
