So far had no issues with this router. The app to control is good in design. Only thing is the antennas go loose frequently and keep falling off. Should look at how to fix them without falling out.

So far it has worked flawlessly. Have saved money by purchasing my own Router and modem. I’m able to receive the 250 mb I purchase from Comcast on the majority of my devices.

Been kicking along great. My only complaint is that using the USB isn't really as intuitive as I'd like.

i did not set it up right the first one i got then could not get it to work but once i exchange it for a new one did all the right things now working great no shutdown of the internet since i got it

It was difficult to set up, I believe because of possible an unknown setting on my laptop. So far it has been working fine. It would be nice if it were a little smaller.

I was looking for a router that wasn’t too pricey and this was perfect for what I needed it for. I am able to manage who is connected, set limitations and it also has a separate low speed connection for guests.

I bought this unit as a good mix of features and speed. I wanted the USB add ons, and longer range. Unfortunately mine died after only a few weeks,

With everything you buy needing wi-fi we had to upgrade our router. We bought a different brand router and was not good and poor service. We went back to Netgear and very happy.

The Best Buy employee I talked to about the connection issues at my house gave me the best info. Traded in the wifi that I never knew I was renting from Comcast and got my own and now no more issues.

Handling all my internet needs with ease. Agree with reviews I read before purchase about the challenges getting it set up through the app though. That was frustrating.

Awesome router, but....I cannot seem to get the connect lights to all light up green even though it is actually connected. Strange quirk but I keep it anyway.

I like it because it’s easy to setup an it covers a lot of space cuz I have a 5 bedroom house an the cable WiFi wasn’t getting it to all of the house now I have full coverage no bumps

This router solved my inyermittant problem with an older Netgear router. Some issues arose during installation which I resolved within 30 minutes.

with the whole Disney "circle" thing on here, it is simple to control what content can accessed/denied and pause devices. with kids in household, this is doing us wonders!

The price for this router is not cheap. I got it on sale. I do like it . The customization is very helpful for your individual needs. I have not had any problems since I got it up and running.

My son set this up for me as I watched. The instructions seemed to be clear and straightforward. We were able to properly connect to computer, iPad, iPhones and a printer.

This router was easy to setup and increased my wireless performance a lot. I did have to factory reset the router once because wireless was not working but has been fine since.

Powerful strong WIFI that extends very far hard to reach areas of all parts of the house! Made my sons gaming experience so much better with very little lag time!

Perfect replacement for my Comcast Router. Saving me $14 a month. Got a good deal and rewards for using bestbuy credit card so can not be beaten deal!! Happy Happy!!
