Had a previous router that often didn't get along with our cable modem. This one has been great so far. Haven't had to reset it yet.

We purchased a new router to replace Netgear router that was no longer considered secure. It was easy to swap out and we have seen an improvement in connection speed.

Found it difficult to set up using the App. Ended up having to use the desk top computer hardline connected to finish set up. Works great now

On my second one, these routers just stop working randomly. This one was on the first day, the previous made it about 2 months (thankfully bestbuy extended returns during the pandemic and I was able to swap it out.) The first one I had would refuse my computers connection unless I restarted the wifi on my desktop each time. It’s a minor inconvenience, but this router isn’t cheap. That was fixed by shutting off the smart connect feature. A few weeks later it started dropping out every few hours. The second one started with periodic drop outs and now is saying incorrect password, which is a known issue with Netgear routers in general. Google “Netgear incorrect password” for an example of a multi-year issue that hasn’t been addressed prior to considering any Netgear routers. At the end of the day, the only way to make these routers work consistently is to disable their main functions and use weird work arounds.

Live in what is known as you can’t get a sigma from anything. This brings in the best signal available. Cost effective for what was needed.

I am very impressed with the speed, but the setup is a little difficult. I also cannot get it to reset to factory defaults. It will be a call to support.

Had to get a router since i was leaving my other internet provider. I've always known Netgear to be a great brand and I've learned to trust their routers. It works great!!

This has been a great replacement for our Comcast rental modem. I’m happy to not be paying the rental fee anymore and the WiFi coverage is great and very fast.

I guess nothing will give me the internet I need This is good but I think I need something stronger for my house

Router works well for my apartment. Have about 10 items that are always connected. Have minimal buffering (maybe once or twice and that was recently.)

Wifi 5 made a huge different from my prior nighthawk, internet is smooth, rapid, and my cameras show sharper images

We needed an upgraded router badly. This one was recommended to us and has worked great. We have tons of hand held devices, along with a few TV’s and PS4.

I have not had this very long (not even a month). So far it is functioning properly as far as I can tell.

Excellent router. Ever since I switched to this router, I have less disconnections and my extenders work seamlessly with this router.

Love the fact i can shut off access to any device that connects to this router. 5G and 2.4 channels available to distribute wifi traffic evenly.

Very good product, cleans well and cycles are on par. Looks beautiful in my Home. Stainless is the best!

This router along with a new modem provides uninterrupted internet and cable service throughout my entire home. The addition of this router made a huge difference in service.

This is the third Netgear router I have purchased. It may be the last if it does not last more the 2 years.

I bought this router because I was having intermittent streaming issues. Although it did not it helped significantly.

Seems like it works very well for sending out signal to difficult areas to reach in my home.
