I was welcomed by a very knowledgable and courteous salesperson who walked me through the specifications of several routers and asked if I had questions. After he answered my questions, I made my selection and then he walked me through the process of connecting it. Although he gave me his card and schedule so I could call if necessary, it is was easy. No problems. The router has the capacity to run everything I have connected with no problems in downloading.

Setup was simple with clear instructions. Better WiFi signal and less expensive than the system this replaced

Purchased this router March 2018 and it’s been working flawlessly ever since. The range is excellent and covers the whole house. Multiple devices are using this beast at once and it handles everything thrown at it just fine. Would definitely recommend this router.

The circle that is a part of this router is awesome! No more trying to take iPad or iPhone away or kids find it and use it secretly late at night, etc. Now, I can pause it anytime, easily block out time for homework and bedtime, block certain websites, etc. I had an earlier model which had a poor signal. This router is better although it can be a little sluggish at times and you may need to change the channel.

Great router for the money, easy setup, nothing to complain about, will buy it again if I need another one.

I have this router for about a month and the signal strength, connection and speed have been excellent. I have a 2800 sq ft home with 3 levels. My router is located in my basement. The signal strength has been excellent on ht lower 2 levels and very good on the 3 level.

had issues with my old router did a lot of research on the night hawk I have no issues as of yet easy set up

Easy setup, a little difficult to get my desktop to work with it but I finally got everything to corporate

This router is a little bit pricey, but it is worth all the money. Easy set, great tips, great service.

This is my first Netgear router, I am pleased, it was easy to set up with the app and by connecting directly to it. Seamless start up and all my devices connected rapidly. Signal strength is super, I have alot of home automation, weather station and multiple devices.

I recently moved into a bigger house. I had an Orbi router that worked great for about 8 months and then stopped working. I tried an expensive router recommended by my IT guy, but it wouldn't cover the whole house and I didn't want to keep buying more parts to an already expensive router. I researched this one and it does everything I need it to do! I have a 2400 sq ft house on 3 levels and a family of 5. We don't have cable, we have 5 firesticks, 5 smart phones and multilple laptops. Everything works as it should and I couldn't be happier!!

This router has some neat features that hopefully I will get to use in the near future. Just wanted to have some protection between my home network and the outside world. It is fast also. No lag with an XBOX 1, Uverse, 4 cell phones, 2 ipads, and a laptop running.
