    I purchased this several months ago. I noticed that all of our devices were taking time to load streaming content. I opened the app on my phone to trouble shoot and I couldn’t recall my password. I spent the better half of an hour trying to reset it to no avail. I called the 888 number and was told that after 90 days you have to pay for customer support. That’s a november golf in my book. I’ll be replacing this router and I’ll never buy a netgear device again. Buyer beware. Unless you think you should pay for customer support. I firmly believe that cutstomer support should be a priority and charging more money when your software fails doesn’t feel like good service.
