Horrible

There are times that I get horrible connectivity. I was sold on this item by a best buy associate who said this was the best bang for the buck. Well, it wasnt a bang for anyting. this thing was horrible waste of money

Great speeds but poor connection

It had great wireless connection speeds to my laptop but everything else was lacking even when being the only item on the network. It then began to drop connection to our cellphones (at the same time so it was not the cell phones issue). I returned this and bought the Linksys Mac Stream AC2300 and have been far more pleased.

Netgear AC2300

Outdated even by outfated standards.

Wireless was lacking in any of the tri-band configurations. Parental controls do not exist. Disney circle+ doesn't exist anymore. The 9 year old Linksys router with wireless that I had was faster and more stable.

Too many problems with dropped wifi signals

However, having continuous problems with dropped wifi signal. Despite adjustments in router settings and computer settings problem persists. Further research reveals other owners having similar problems. Considering returning router.

Stopped working < 6 months

Lap top and smart phones appeared to be connected to wifi, but was impossible to connect to internet. Tech support was useless. Bought different brand, no problems since. Total waste of my money.

Unfortunately pass return store policy. Still under manufacture 1 warranty but very difficult to get an exchange or return. So give up on returning bought another router. So make sure to buy the Best Buy geek extended warranty for this product.
