I was looking for a replacement for me Linksys router, I was recommended the nighthawk series by a friend. Seems to be highly rated and great reviews, also had circle by Disney which sounds promising.... I was wrong, if you purchase this router good luck with parental controls working or working intermittently. Pros the router works good, boosted internet speeds and handles all the devices, streaming, video games etc fantastically. Cons parental controls are a joke, work intermittently if at all. The circle by Disney did weigh in on the buying this product and I strongly regret it for that reason. And support is a joke, you only get 90 days unless you purchase premium. My mistake, someone will be getting a hardly used nighthawk for cheap when I sell it.

This router was not as easy to use with multiple devices as I had hoped for. With a teenage son with friends I needed a new router that would provide constant signal for all of us, especially when they are gaming while I am trying to work. Sadly, this did not happen. I still found myself being dropped and losing signal on both my laptop and on my iPhone at different times. Also, I have friends that told me that I overpaid for the product. I have not verified that myself, as I don't want to be any more disappointed in this purchase than I was this past week.

I've been using the Netgear Nighthawk R7000P for a few weeks and it is doing well for my home network where it manages up to 15 or so wired and wireless devices i.e. smart TVs, Kindles, PCs, phones, security cams etc. I like that it has a feature to optimize the 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz channels automatically if you select the setting and you can easily prioritize which devices you want from highest to low. It was easy to setup and has both a WebUI and a downloadable Genie program for customizing.

Netgear has a great router. Easy setup and app to help with making sure all is connected. Excellent whole house coverage.

Easy install took about 15 minutes. Increased range and speed throughout the house.

This router was as easy to install as longing into your email account. Thank you for selling something that someone with little knowledge of computers can install.

We purchased this because our frontier fios router couldn't keep us online. We had so much trouble with speed and getting kicked off the internet and the TV's buffering with our fios router. Bought this, plugged it in, set everything up to connect to it and it was good to go. Haven't had any issues and my WiFi speed is way better. Wish I would have gotten rid of my junk router earlier.

Great speed. Setup was very simple. The app is great for setup and monitoring the router and signal.

Powerful, fast, and good range. I used this to replace the LTA spectrum router. All good now when it comes to WiFi.
