This router is awesome, perfect and easy to set up with the mobile application. However if you have this in your room such as a dorm the constant flashing of white lights will be very noticable. Moved into my apartment and got internet hooked up, felt like I had a lamp on that was flashing 24/7. Covering it with some tape is an easy fix! Still recommend buying this.

I love the easiness of the control plus the bar to connect other objects it’s so accessible. Clear picture and perfect size for me.

For my ranch home.I get much better Wi-Fi reception from this one from the old one my head yes I would recommend this to someone especially if they have a ranch home like mine.

Good product without breaking the bank. Has a good rang between the two bands. Handle6the traffic well. I wish the packaging had been a little more clear about needi6an external modem. Had I realized that I would have spent more to have a stronger signal on all 3 levels of my home but it does a good job on reaching all 3 levels with no range extenders. Overall satisfied with it.

The router was easy to set up and much faster than my old one. I really like the app that comes with it and the ability to label devices connected to it. The only issue I've had it to use the WPS setup - never have been able to get it to work - neither the "soft" setup or physically pressing the button on the router. Instead, I had to configure wireless devices without WPS.

My kids hated the previous WIFI we had. Hated it! "Dad, I'm lagging", etc, every 5 minutes. This was definitely an upgrade. The boys use it for gaming, my wife and I use it for email, etc. We have a few other devices like our Roku on it. Only...thing you should know is that Netgear now uses an App you have to pay for (you get 30 days free) for parental controls. But, overall a good choice.

Easy to setup, very reliable, and meets all expectations

A very good router that is compliant with all but the newest standard. This unit was on sale and I use it with the AT@T router as back up channels and as a range extender. The range is better than the standard fiber modem. All of my devices are wireless. This unit helped to cover 7 computers.

I purchased this router to replace an older model that was no longer supported and didn't meet our needs. I had talked to our internet supplier on an issue with our internet and when he saw our Netgear Nighthawk he said that we had one of the best routers one could buy. I am very happy with the ease of setup and use of this product.

Excellent Wi-Fi router! But this to replace an old router and it has done the job! I really like this router as it was easy to set up has increased the speed of the Internet in my entire house, and gives me the option to manage what devices are using my Wi-Fi signal. Netgear always makes the best stuff and I am very happy with this product.
