I replaced an aging Belkin router that has worked fine for years, but was starting to drop internet frequently. This Nighthawk router is simple to connect and covers my house and most of my yard. My outdoor wireless cameras connect faster, and I am able to move one of them farther from the house to a better location.

Easy to setup. It has 1 input ethernet for thr external network. 4 ethernet ports for PCs, switches, hubs and any ethernet device. The wireless is speedy and long range. For cable internets must be coupled with a modem. I am using the CM1200 with Xfinity.

I never skimp on my router because we have multiple gamers in my house, as well as video streamers. Over the years I have done very well with Netgear, and this model has been no exception. The wifi range is exceptional, and we are all getting low pings and great download speeds via either wifi or hard wired connections.

I purchased this modem strictly to run 2 ring doorbell cameras at my second home! It has been up and running for almost two months now and I’ve had no problems! I have 100 mbps speed and I can check into the cameras with no issue!

Purchased the AC2300 router to accommodate faster internet service from ISP. This router is fantastic! It has excellent speed and wifi is more powerful to reach wireless devices anywhere in the house. I highly recommend this netgear router for anybody.

Recently purchased this router for a home network for the purpose of video streaming, casting and gaming. So far, the speed has been excellent (pc is connecting at 1.3 gbps). No connection drops to speak of and the simultaneous 2.4 and 5 ghz channel has worked on all Mac/PC devices. The Nighthawk also looks very cool !

I’ve been a NetGear user for quite some time, with good reason. The easy setup, great feature set, and compatibility with Spectrum cable all make this a no brainer. I really like the Nighthawk app on my tablet, too. Well done NetGear!

It seems to work well. Lights are lit up. Computers connected fine as did the phones. Still not able to get Alexa nor the Ring doorbell to reconnect. I already spent several hours trying to get them to work again. Wish it where easier. Guess I'll just wait till the grandkids come to visit.

This is a bit pricey but worth it. Our internet provider doesn’t offer very fast press since we are n a rural area so it was important to make sure we could use the bandwidth we have to it best. This has given us really reliable signal all throughout our house.

I love the dual band option. Get speed when close with 5GH, and range when needed at 2GH. Much faster than my last router.

This was an upgrade from my AC 1700. Very similar And not much faster. It was the cheapest alternative and it will serve its purpose of covering 6 devices.. The netgear app works exactly the same With this model.

Works great. Am able to hit my internet speed via WiFi and Ethernet. It covers 1000 sq ft home. Have had no issues with it kicking off the internet or anything. Guest WiFi network works great and you can block access to see people on the main network.

I am a fan of Netgear but the instructions for this one were not in the box. In addition, you have to call into set it up completely. Other than that, unless something is created that is the best of the best, I will continue to buy Netgear. It is very reliable.

It made a big difference for my homes WiFi. We had not updated the wireless router even though we had gotten a good cable internet connection. This got us using all the cable speed over the WiFi. It well covers 2000 square feet or so.

Purchased this for cottage internet and probably an over kill, but it works well and a lot better than the one we currently had. I would recommend it, especially for those that are now working from home. Unfortunately wasn't on sale when I needed to purchase it.

I decided to dump the POS gateway Comcast uses. I had to use an extender to cover the whole house. This router gives me complete coverage without the use of an extender and paired with an Arris 32x8 modem, I get 247 Mbps speeds with both Ethernet and wifi connected devices.

This space age looking router has been amazing so far. I have never had a connectivity problem with it and it is on a different floor than the one I usually work on. I have the antennas set up as recommended by the instructions. I would highly recommend it as a solid investment. We use it with Spectrum Ultra (400 Mbps connection.) Just note that when you get it it does have screw caps on the back. You will have to unscrew those first and then put each antenna on while it is in the straight position, point all up once they are attached. It seems like a small thing but some people I know get all worked up about having to set something like this up so I just wanted to put out some basic tips for frustration free use. :)
